Goals

In order to work from home and have it work for you, you have to set goals. Whether its to work on an article for 2 hours per day, or to just edit your website/blog on a specific day every week, you are setting goals. If we do not set goals, we do not get things done. Its that simple. I have a daily goal to log into each of my money making sites and give it at least a quick once over every day. On my PTC sites I will always check to see if there are any ads available to click and make sure that I click them before I log out. I check to see if offers have credited and do any new offers available on my GPT sites daily and on my discussion sites I make sure to participate in at least a few of the discussions daily. This helps to keep my income steady and flowing smoothly. Of course, there is more that I do. I write articles and submit them. I set a monthly goal on how many articles I want to write each month. Last month I submitted 15 and published all 15. This month my goal is 18 and I have already submitted 3 of those so maybe I will exceed my goal. That is always a bonus and an incredible incentive. You can set your own goals and challenge yourself. If we do this on a daily basis our business grows and we grow right along with it. By working from home I can make my goals somewhat flexible in that I don't really have a specific time that each goal has to be done except by the end of the day. That is great because it leaves me room to be mom and stop for a quick story or to wipe away a tear. The beauty of working from home is the freedom to achieve my goals in my own time frame and not be required to answer to anyone else. What are your goals? Will you set one for yourself today?
